My Story: From Breakdown to Breakthrough


I spent years as a diesel mechanic, with long days of grueling manual labor taking a toll on my body. The demanding nature of my work, combined with poor lifestyle choices, pushed my health to the breaking point. Everything changed when a serious back injury in my 30s forced me to stop and reassess. This wasn't just a physical setback—it was a wake-up call. Through the recovery process, I learned to truly listen to my body for the first time.

As I entered my 40s, new challenges emerged: A Hiatal Hernia, Sleep Apnea, and Arthritis. But instead of accepting these conditions as inevitable parts of aging, I decided to take action. I created a six-month program for myself, focusing on longevity and healthspan. I dove into anti-aging science, adopted intermittent fasting, incorporated cold exposure therapy, and committed to strength training.

The results were transformative—I lost 40 pounds and overcame many of my health issues. Seeing my daughter battle Cancer as well other family and friends battling illness and disease, further ignited my passion for health and wellness. Her journey showed me a whole different world of health and wellness, which inspired me to help others.
