our story

Coach Roger spent years as a diesel mechanic. He immersed himself in long, grueling days filled with hard manual labor. The demanding nature of his work and unhealthy lifestyle led him down a path where his health was neglected. But, a serious back injury in his 30s became a turning point. It forced him to prioritize recovery and learn the importance of listening to his body. So, through physical therapy and dedication, Roger made his health a priority and eventually became a fitness trainer, sharing his newfound passion for wellness.

By the time he reached his 40s, new health challenges arose. Hiatal hernia, sleep apnea, and arthritis all contributed to a decline in his well-being. Refusing to accept these conditions as inevitable, he embarked on a six-month self-designed program focusing on longevity and healthspan. Roger began to study anti-aging science and started intermittent fasting. He began cold exposure therapy and strength training, ultimately shedding 40 pounds and overcoming many of his health issues. His transformation sparked a new purpose: to help others reclaim their health.

Now a Healthspan Coach, Roger guides clients through sustainable lifestyle changes. He incorporates strength training, stress management, and nutritional strategies into his client’s routines. Inspired by both his personal health journey and his daughter’s battle with cancer, Roger is committed to empowering others to take control of their well-being and live their healthiest lives, no matter their starting point. His story is a testament to the power of transformation and the belief that it’s never too late to rewrite one’s health narrative.
